Introduction Welcome to Gerardo Quijada Tattoo. By accessing or using our services, including booking appointments and consultations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

General Terms 1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment with us. 1.2 Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Booking and Appointments 2.1 Deposit Policy: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your tattoo or session. 2.2 Non-Refundable Deposits: The deposit is non-refundable if you do not show up for your appointment or fail to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. 2.3 Rescheduling: You must reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Consultations 3.1 Phone Consultations: Phone consultations are free of charge. 3.2 In-Person Consultations: In-person consultations require a $20 deposit. This deposit will be refunded or applied to your tattoo cost if you attend the consultation. 3.3 Design Deposit: If a detailed design is required, a $100 deposit will be collected. This deposit is applied towards the final tattoo cost.

Payments 4.1 Payment Methods: We accept [list of payment methods]. 4.2 Final Payment: The remaining balance after the deposit must be paid on the day of the appointment.

5.4 Opt-Out: You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our messages. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our SMS list. -
